IMAGINE

Those who went before us "imagined," and in faith built the dream.  When we stop to think about how God has blessed us in the past, it is not hard to "Imagine" the future.

Our direction here at St. Luke Lutheran Church is to bring people to Christ, to grow in Spiritual understanding, and to enjoy the fellowship in this wonderful place we call "our church, our spiritual home."

Intuitively our role as "stewards" is communicated in the Book of Genesis.  It is further taught and illustrated to us in the life and times of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.  Stewardship is all about our relationship with God and Christ.  Many times we see our roles associated with the external portion of our relationship as we tithe to our church, and  reach out to helping others.  But there is an equally important internal portion of our relationship that we must remain faithful to.  It is our intimate relationship with God which allows us to succeed in our eternal relationship. 

This year at St. Luke Lutheran Church we are all committed to taking the next step in our internal relationship with God and make stewardship a life long endeavor as we strive to becoming true disciples of Christ and grow closer to taking our dreams to reality.
